Memory Café is a monthly gathering of individuals with memory loss along with their care partners and/or friends and family in a safe, supportive and engaging environment.  The Café provides a welcome break from the disease and an opportunity to remain socially engaged with others traveling the same journey.  We will meet for coffee, conversation, activities, and the singing of old familiar songs.  Join us!
